We request that all contributions (one time and recurring) are submitted by check. In order to maximize the value of your gift, we have elected to omit electronic payments (processing fees can run as high as 5% of pledge value). If there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to make the appropriate arrangements.

Below is a form to provide basic information for pledging. Pledge payments are not legally binding, rather an indication of your good intentions. Payments can be made over a period of time most convenient to you.

Once this form is submitted, a representative of the Ursuline High School Development Department will follow up with you to confirm your pledge.
